I’ve worked with Homex Development for a number of years now in Kamloops; they’re not only good people to work with but I love their designs and finished product. It makes my job easy when I really appreciate the product.
Hidden Trails at Mount Dufferin is the newest subdivision going in to the Dufferin area, and Orabella is located on Rockcress Drive. It is located at the end of Pacific way and is bordered by Kenna Cartwright Park. 
I would describe these townhomes as spacious with an open floor plan, yet very cozy and contemporary. The decks come equipped with hot tubs and beautiful word work, and are very large and private with great views.
The kitchens are gorgeous with plenty of counter space and photographed very well due to the great layout. The main and downstairs bathrooms have dual sinks with a very contemporary look and feel. 
Orabella has great views in all directions, but they’ve been oriented towards the south and the east, taking advantage of the light we get here in Kamloops. 
Which brings me to the master bedroom, and in this particular building faces east. Yes, I could wake up here 🙂 Oh, and certainly last but not least, they come equipped with elevators!! To see more of my work, go to my portfolio page here
